BIO

In 2019 I graduated from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Business Information Technology. Software developing is close to my heart and especially web-programming and mobile development. My interests also include artificial intelligence which I would like to learn more in the future. I study with pleasure and want to learn new things, which is why I think this work field is for me, there is always something new to learn.

I try to keep myself up to date with new technologies. I can work alone or be part of a team. I know the way of the agile development methods and I can use them if needed.

Reflective competence: I'm able to solve problems related to my roles, methods and skills in order to reach goals.
Ethical competence: I respect the principles of equality and justice. I take responsibility for my own actions. I work according to the agreed practices. I design / develop customer-oriented and sustainable solutions that include an economic, social and environmental perspective.
Communication competence: I communicate appropriately in the work community's interaction situtations and in intercultural situations. I appreciate, listen and respect different kinds of messages. I know how to propose ways of communication. I can develop working life connections and networks.
Innovation competence: I can identify workplace/project objects that need to change. I propose and implement creative solutions based on my point of view. I can create new ways of working and find customer-oriented, lasting and economically viable solutions.
Management competence: I'm able to lead with my own example to inspire my colleagues.
